What makes these knives truly special is the handle inlay, which was crafted from original 1941 Mississippi oak flooring, salvaged from the last remaining World War II Fort Knox Barracks, currently located on the General George Patton Museum campus.
These barracks once housed service members who trained and lived on Fort Knox during World War II, the Korean War, and the early Vietnam War era.
Due to the Patton Museum Foundation’s nonprofit status, these knives cannot be sold. Instead, they are offered in appreciation for a minimum donation of $100.
Your tax-deductible donation supports the ongoing restoration and preservation of the historic WWII Barracks, as well as other vital museum exhibits.
