Description
ESEE Camp-Lore Cody Rowen Natural Micarta Fixed Blade.
The Camp-Lore series was developed to answer the demand for traditional, basic, bushcraft knives. The designers of this knife series come from unique backgrounds and experiences, with each considered to be one of the best in their field. All of the Camp-Lore knives are simple, traditional, fixed blade designs that have been field-proven for years. This Camp-Lore is built in the USA utilizing 1095 carbon steel and removable orange G10 handle scales. Each knife comes with a USA made traditional pouch sheath using leather supplied by one of the oldest tanneries in North America.
The CR2.5 model designed by Cody Rowen is the knife for you if you prefer ultimate compactness in a knife. The 2.5″ drop point blade is flat ground to give you a very nice slicing blade and it has a tumbled stonewash finish. The slender natural micarta handle is svelte in size yet very comfortable and impervious to the elements. We see this knife being a superb bird and trout knife, perfectly designed for smaller game that needs a reliable cutting tool. It’s recommended you strop the knife with a leather strop and compound as often as possible (daily if you can) to prolong the edge of the knife. Includes a leather sheath.
All ESEE knives are backed by one of the best warranties in the business. Their warranty is pretty simple: if you break it, they’ll either repair or replace it depending on the circumstances. All you have to do is send your broken knife in, and they’ll repair it. No questions asked.
