**We are closed SUNDAYS & MONDAYS, and UPS does not run on SATURDAYS. When something is purchased late Friday and/or Saturday they might be completed and tracking uploaded BUT will not be trackable or pick-up until Tuesday night.

NO Merchandise can be returned after 30 days of purchase and Shipping and Handling Charges are Non-Refundable. All Returned Merchandise subject to a restocking fee.
Returns are excepted within 30 days with Receipt, and product being unused, for IN-STORE Credit Only.
With most of the cutlery handles being an entirely natural material, a wide variation in appearance is evident with some handles showing natural striations, color and shading. All photos on website are STOCK photos and not the exact knife you will be purchasing. Buyers can request certain serial numbers, and colors and we will do our best to accommodate but there is no guarantees on number or colors/shades.

Receipt MUST accompany all Returns. There are NO Returns on Special Order Items, Sale or Discounted Items, Defaults in Merchandise or on Merchandise that has been Worn or Used after purchase.
There are NO RETURNS on any Older Stock or “PRIVATE COLLECTION” knives.
Most of our Product is Warranted by the Manufacturer and can be shipped back for repair. Red Hill Cutlery cannot send items back to any Manufacturer for Repairs or Default in Product.
