A Comprehensive List of the Exclusive Series using genuine aged Kentucky Bourbon Barrel Wood handles & Only found at RHC

When Red Hill Cutlery moved to their new location in the autumn of 2019, they relocated directly on the World renowned and highly touristed Kentucky Bourbon Trail. On the Bourbon Trail, tourists can drive from distillery to distillery to tour and taste genuine Kentucky Bourbon. The change in location led to a new concept from Red Hill Cutlery. An idea they had explored before with other knife brands, but never with Case.

At S.H.O.T. Show 2021, WR Case and Son Cutlery and Red Hill Cutlery met to discuss launching a new collectible SFO (Special Factory Order) series using reclaimed wood from used Kentucky Bourbon Barrels. After concepts and pricing were decided, they came to an exclusive agreement and Red Hill Cutlery began shipping Kentucky Bourbon Barrel wood to Case.

In the September of 2021, Red Hill launched its PILOT TEST RUN Kentucky Bourbon Barrel Wood Trapper. The limited “Pilot Run” release was made to estimate material and production costs as well as to test the wood for Case high quality standards. With the Pilot Run of 108 quickly selling out and collectors insisting for more, Red Hill collaborated with Case to forecast a schedule of new patterns and the series officially began.

Below is a comprehensive list of our Exclusive Kentucky Bourbon Barrel Wood knives. All these limited production run knives are made with genuine aged Kentucky Bourbon Barrel wood handles. 1. How about a Kentucky Bourbon Barrel Longhouse? I’d buy two! One for carrying and one for collecting.

      1. I have each of the Case releases except the 2021 2 blade Trapper and the 2022 2 blade small swell center jack. If you ever find either one of these for sale please let me know. Thanks
