Description
The knife is 3 ⅜” in length closed. It has a brown celluloid (a material used heavily at the turn of the century) smooth handle† ‡ – very traditional and attractive. The blades are a 3Cr13MoV stainless steel; the primary blade is a clip point with a secondary pen blade. The knife is a slip joint, and it has a polished stainless steel bolster with “Barlow” embossing, and thumbnail pulls. There is an Imperial tang stamp. This is a very traditional Barlow frame. As far as collectability, this Jackmaster Barlow can’t be beat. If you need a knife to EDC that you can rely on (and captures a piece of history) or to collect, then this premium quality offering from Schrade Imperial is your pocket knife.
