Alfred Neweczerzal, founder of fellow Swiss brand Zena, developed the REX in 1947, and it’s been a cult classic utensil ever since. 24-carat casing. The STAR, a popular, slightly heavier spinoff of the REX, is available with three blade types—straight-edge, micro-serrated, and Julienne—increasing peeling power and versatility.
